Well, today I did my LBWO and I feel like I just can't get in enough weight for my squats. My shoulders are just too weak to get enough on them to reach my full potential for the squat.
I have a home gym and I am very limited to the exercises I can do. BUT I reach my 10's for most everything else....I'll look into other alternatives tonight for home gymers ;o)


Here is where I am at with my LBWO's-------

Squats

12x50lbs
10x60lbs
8x70lbs
6x80lbs
12x80lbs (can do more)
Leg Extention
12x40lbs (will bring up to 50 next LBWO)

Leg Curls

12x25lbs
10x25lbs
8x25lbs
6x30lbs
12x25lbs
Straight leg dead lift
12x60lbs

1 leg calf raise

12x15lbs
10x15lbs
8x15lbs
6x20lbs
12x20lbs
Seated calf raise
12x180lbs

Crunches on ball 12, 10, 8, 6,
Reverse crunches 12

Sorry it's so long but I tend to look into my blog alot and it's easy to keep track on here :o)
