Focus on the good stuff
Well today is day 50 of my BFL Challenge. Can you beleive it? YAY for me.
I have been doing great with my strength training but MAN it is tough getting those darn HIIT's in...(groan) I do get them in but it takes everything I have to start.
My free day, Saturday, was just a sack of nothing great......which turned into a cheat day on Sunday. I ate well all day until my husband decided to bake sweet rolls. (i had 3 *sigh*)
Did my UBWO this morning.....here it is-----
Squats (Barbell)
12 x 60
10 x 70
8 x 80
6 x 90
12 x 95
Leg Extentions
12 x 50
I know I can do more weight for the squats but my shoulders (well spine really)just can't take the weight...*sigh*. I'll look into buying a squat bar next week. :oD
Leg curls
12 x 25
10 x 30
8 x 30
6 x 35
12 x 30
Straight Leg Dead Lift (Barbell)
12 x 60
1 Leg Calf Raise
12 x 20
10 x 20
8 x 20
6 x 20
12 x 15
1 leg calf raise (couldn't think of anything else)
12 x 15
Crunches on Ball
1 count x 12
1 count x 10
2 count x 8
3 count x 6
2 count x 12
Reverse Crunch on floor
1 count x 12
Pretty good work out.
Next LBWO I will bring up the Leg Extentions to 55lbs. I will Bring up all weight for the Squats by 5lbs. For the crunches, I will do 2 counts to begin and bring it to 4 and back down to a 2 count (including reverse).
I have to eat now....take care all.
