Two days in one

Well, I didn't post yesterday so I'll post what I did yesterday and today.

AUGUST 9th (Wednesday)

I ate pretty clean and did my UBWO today. Here is where I'm at for weights.

Bench Press

Straight Arm Extention (dumbell)

Lying Tricep Extentions (dumbells)
12 x 15 (7.5lbs each)

8 x 20 (10lbs each)
6 x 25 (12.5lbs each)
12 x 20 (10lbs each)
Dips

Curls (curl bar)

8 x 30
6 x 35
12 x 25
Reverse Curls (curl bar)

It was a very tough workout. Looking forwrad to the next one.

AUGUST 10th (Thursday)

Did my HIIT today......it was tough but I got it in.

I want to say thank you to my sister for posting a motivating message to me....she reassured me that I'm not the only one out there that struggles with my particular challenges. Thanks Connie!!!! :o)
